Warranty

Overby Watches is committed to your satisfaction. Each Baltany watch we sell comes with a two year Baltany warranty. In the case of a manufacturing defect, Overby Watches will pay for return shipping, and will repair, replace, and refund your watch within two years of purchase.

Warranty Claim

If there is an issue with your watch, submit your warranty claim to overbysales@gmail.com. Include your order number with your email, and provide a description of the issue. Please include any photos of the issues, if appropriate.

Watch Return

After reviewing your warranty claim, we will provide you with a shipping label. Please package your watch securely and affix the return label to your packaging.

Warranty Processing

Once we receive your watch, we will either repair, refund, or exchange your watch, at our sole discretion. Please note that repairs are sent directly to Baltany, located in China. As such, please allow additional time for repairs.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover battery changes, normal wear and tear, damage from abnormal or abusive use, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, broken crystal, etc.), or non-observance of the provided directions. In addition, this warranty excludes leather or nylon straps, and Baltany watches not purchased from overbywatches.com. Opening the watch back, or service/repair not performed by Baltany, will void the warranty.

If we receive your watch and find that your warranty is no longer applicable, due to one of the above exclusions, you will be responsible for paying return shipping, and an additional $9.00 (for U.S. customers), to pay for the initial return shipping label we provided.
